These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ordering and customer-service service operated by Sakhaupi Enterprises, a retail ordering and local delivery business based in Churachandpur, Manipur, India. By placing an order with us — through WhatsApp, Instagram, or our web ordering pages — you agree to these terms.

Ordering

You can browse products and place orders by messaging us. When you place an order we will confirm the items, quantities, price, and delivery or pickup details with you. An order is accepted only once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if the delivery location is outside the area we serve, or if the order details cannot be verified.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you confirm your order. Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Razorpay; we do not store your card details. Where offered and agreed, payment may also be collected at the time of delivery or pickup.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver locally using our own team, or you may collect your order where pickup is offered. Delivery times are estimates and are confirmed with you at the time of order. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information and to be reachable on the number you order from so we can coordinate your order and delivery. You agree not to misuse the service or place fraudulent orders.

Availability and accuracy

We take care to describe products and prices accurately, but occasional errors or stock changes can occur. If a product is mispriced or unavailable after you order, we will contact you to correct, replace, or cancel and refund the affected item.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Manipur.
