This Privacy Policy explains how Sakhaupi Enterprises, a retail ordering and local delivery business based in Churachandpur, Manipur, India, handles the information of customers who order from us and communicate with us. It applies to our ordering and customer-service system, including orders and messages received through WhatsApp, Instagram, and our web ordering pages.

We collect only the information needed to take and fulfil your order:

• Your name and the phone number or messaging ID you contact us from.
• The products you order, quantities, and order totals.
• Delivery details you provide — delivery address and, if you choose to share it, your location.
• The messages you exchange with us for ordering and support.
• Payment status for your order (see “Payments” below).

How we use it

We use this information to take and confirm your order, coordinate delivery, respond to your questions, and send you order and delivery updates. We do not sell your information.

Messaging

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform and Instagram messaging (provided by Meta) to receive and reply to your order-related messages. Messages are used to handle your order and support requests.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment provider. Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay during payment; we do not store your card details. We keep a record of your order and its payment status.

How we store and share information

Order and customer information is stored in our secured database and hosting infrastructure. We share information only as needed to run the service: with Meta for WhatsApp/Instagram messaging, with Razorpay for payments, and with our own delivery staff to deliver your order. We do not sell or rent your data.

How long we keep it

We keep order and contact information for as long as needed to fulfil your orders and to meet ordinary record-keeping requirements, after which it may be removed. You can also request deletion at any time.
