Data Deletion

Sakhaupi Enterprises lets you request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. This includes information collected when you order from us or message us through WhatsApp, Instagram, or our web ordering pages.

How to request deletion

Contact us with a deletion request using the details below, from the phone number you used to order:

Please include the name and phone number you used when ordering so we can find and verify your records. You can simply message us on WhatsApp with the word “Delete my data”.

What we delete

On a verified request we delete the personal information associated with you — your name, contact number, delivery address and any location you shared, your message history with us, and your order records — except where we are required to keep certain transaction records for ordinary business or legal record-keeping. We will confirm once your data has been removed.

Timeframe

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them.
